Kennedy Bennicke is a Professional Dietitian, who received her Bachelors of Science in Applied Human Nutrition with Integrated Internship from Mount Saint Vincent University. Born and raised in the Annapolis Valley, Kennedy’s interest in nutrition began during her involvement in the Health Promoting Schools Program. She has experience in chronic disease management, weight management and enjoys sharing her passion for food and nutrition with others. Kennedy is a member of the Nova Scotia Dietetic Association, Dietitians of Canada, Consulting Dietitians Network and Canadian Obesity Network.
Kennedy’s dietetic services include nutrition counseling for; healthy eating for new and expecting mothers, healthy eating on a budget, healthy aging, prevention and treatment of disease, weight management, and those with gastrointestinal issues and much more.
Kennedy offers a client centered approach, meaning she works with each client to determine his or her specific needs and determines the nutritional interventions needed to meet the their personal health goals.
